Do I need my own server?

No. You create a bot with @BotFather and everything else runs here. Nothing to install, nothing to keep running. See creating your bot.

Where does my subscribers' money go?

Into your own Stripe, PayPal or USDT account, directly. We never hold it — which is why commission arrives as a separate invoice rather than being deducted. See how you get paid.

Can I run everything from my phone?

Yes. Send /admin to your own bot. See the control panel inside your bot.

What happens when a subscription expires?

Your subscriber is reminded three days before and again the day before. If it lapses they are removed from the chats that plan unlocked, and can rejoin immediately if they renew. See subscribers.

Can one plan unlock several channels?

Yes, and adding a new channel later never silently widens a plan somebody already bought. See adding your channels.

Why does my revenue figure not match my bank?

Because it is what we have a record of, not what is in your account. A USDT transfer that landed in your wallet and was never approved here does not exist to us. See your dashboard.

Can I change my prices?

Yes, whenever you like. Changes apply to new purchases; people who already bought keep what they bought. See creating your plans.

What if I pay an invoice on the wrong blockchain?

It is usually unrecoverable, by anybody. Read choosing the right network before your first transfer, and send a small test amount.
