Redeem codes

Give access away without a payment — for a trial, a prize, or an apology.

A redeem code grants a subscription without a payment. Useful for a free trial, a giveaway, a partner, or making up for a bad week.

Creating them

From your bot's panel, ask for codes and say which plan they should grant and how many you want. The bot replies with the codes.

Each code is ten characters from an alphabet that leaves out the letters and digits people confuse — no O against 0, no I against 1 — because these get read aloud and retyped.

Your monthly allowance

Each package includes a number of codes per month. Your bot's Statistics screen shows how many you have used and how many are left. On the top package they are unlimited.

The count resets at the start of each month.

They send /redeem followed by the code:
