Subscribers, renewals and expiry
What happens from the moment somebody pays to the moment their access ends — all of it without you.
When somebody subscribes
Their subscription starts, and your bot sends them one single-use invite link for each chat the plan unlocks. The link works once and expires in a day, so forwarding it to a friend gets the friend nothing.
Your subscription runs until 2026-10-26.
While they are subscribed
Send them anything you like in the channel — TG Access is not involved. Your subscriber can check their own status any time by sending /status to the bot.
Before it runs out
Your bot nudges them three days before their subscription ends, and again the day before, in their own language. Most renewals come from these two messages.
When it runs out
The subscription expires and your bot removes them from every chat that plan unlocked. Removal is done in a way that lets them come straight back in if they renew — they are not banned, just taken out.
The subscribers page
Open Subscribers in the dashboard. Search by name, @username or numeric ID, and filter by state.
Each row shows who they are, which plan they are on, when they joined and when they expire.
Reading the states
- Active — paid and inside.
- Expired — their time ran out and they have been removed.
- Pending — a payment is recorded but not yet approved.
- Cancelled — ended early.
