Terms of Service
What you can expect from TG Access, and what we expect from you. Written to be read, not to be survived.
Who we are, and what this is
TG Access is a platform that lets you sell access to your own Telegram channels and groups through a bot you own. You connect a bot you created with @BotFather; we run the subscriptions, the checkout and the access control behind it. These terms are the agreement between you — the person or business operating that bot — and TG Access.
Your money is yours, and it never passes through us
Your subscribers pay YOU, directly. You connect your own Stripe, PayPal or USDT details and the money goes straight into your account or wallet — we never hold it, route it or touch it. Telegram Stars are settled by Telegram itself under Telegram's own terms. Because the funds are never ours, refunds, chargebacks and disputes are between you, your subscriber and your payment provider. We can show you what we recorded; we cannot move money we never had.
What we charge
Two things, and both are shown on the pricing page before you sign up: a monthly platform fee for your package, and a commission on what you collect. Today that is 5% on the free package, 3% on the $50 package, 2% on the $199 package and 0% on the $499 MAX package. Commission is totalled over your billing cycle — 7 days by default — and invoiced to you. If we change a rate, the change applies going forward only: an invoice already issued and a commission period already closed are never rewritten.
Paying your invoices, and what happens if you do not
An invoice has a due date and a grace period after it — three days by default. We remind you before the due date and again while it is overdue. If it stays unpaid past the grace period your account is suspended: your bot stops serving — it answers with a short notice that it is unavailable, instead of its normal menu, and takes no new subscriptions or payments — and your dashboard tells you why. The suspension itself deletes none of your data, removes nobody from your channels and cancels no subscription. Once every open invoice is paid, you are reinstated automatically.
What you are responsible for
Your channels, your content, your promises and your subscribers. You are responsible for what you sell, for describing it honestly, for delivering it, and for following the law where you and your subscribers are. You are also responsible for Telegram's own terms: your bot is your account with them, not ours. Keep your Telegram account secure — it is how you sign in here, so whoever controls it controls your dashboard.
What you may not use TG Access for
Selling anything illegal where you or your subscriber are. Content that sexualises a minor, in any form, real or synthetic. Content made or published without the clear, informed consent of everyone in it, or showing non-consensual acts. Those are absolute: we terminate the account immediately, with no warning step and no appeal before the termination, and we cooperate with law enforcement in the jurisdictions that apply. Anything you do not hold the rights to sell — films, series, software, courses, books, live streams, or accounts for somebody else's paid service. Stolen accounts, stolen content or stolen payment details. Fraud, laundering, or disguising who is being paid. Claiming a guaranteed financial return. Impersonating a person, business or regulator. Using someone else's bot or channel without their permission. We may suspend an account for any of these without notice, and we will tell you which one. Adult content is no longer on this list: it is permitted only through the restricted category set out in the next clause, and selling it outside that category is itself a breach of these terms.
Adult content: the restricted category
Adult content intended for adults may be sold through TG Access, but only inside a separate, restricted category, and only on these terms. You declare the category yourself — we never infer it — and you accept a separate addendum before your bot takes any new members. Your channel is then excluded from every public listing, directory, showcase and verification page we have or ever build: your name, your bot and your channel's title are never shown to anybody who has not signed in. Your subscribers confirm they are 18 or over before their first purchase, for your channel specifically. Your bot carries a report button your subscribers can use and you cannot remove, and a report of a minor or of non-consensual content stops your new sales immediately, before we review it — your existing subscribers keep their access throughout. Card and PayPal payments are off by default, because those providers forbid adult content in their own terms and the account at risk is yours, not ours; USDT and Telegram Stars are unaffected. Selling adult content without declaring it is a breach of these terms in itself, and the absolute prohibitions in the clause above apply inside this category exactly as they do outside it.
Your data, and getting it back
Your plans, your subscribers and your payment records are yours. You can see them in your dashboard and in your bot at any time. If you leave, ask us and we will give you your data in a machine-readable form and delete what we are not required to keep. What we keep, why, and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy.
What we promise, and what we do not
We work to keep the platform running and we will tell you when it is not. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for Telegram's own outages, for your payment provider's decisions, or for a channel you lost access to. Nothing here limits liability we are not permitted to limit under the law that applies to you.
Ending it
You can stop at any time: disconnect your bot and close your account from your dashboard. Any commission already earned on payments you have collected is still owed. We can end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, and we will say which term and give you the chance to fix it where fixing it is possible.
Changes to these terms
When we change something that affects you — a rate, a rule, a responsibility — we tell you through your dashboard and your bot before it takes effect. The date this page was last updated is shown at the top. Continuing to use TG Access after a change means you accept it; if you do not, you can close your account.
