All bot features
Every single thing the bot and the dashboard do, with a link to the chapter that explains each one.
This is the complete list. Nothing on it is planned or coming soon β every entry is running today, and each links to the chapter that walks through it. If you would rather browse than search, this is the guide you are reading right now:
Subscriber's own language
A subscriber's language choice is saved and used thereafter
How it works βCreate a plan in four answers
A wizard asks name, duration, price, description one at a time
How it works βA wrong answer costs one message
A bad answer is retried alone; the wizard is not restarted
How it works βDuplicate names refused early
A duplicate name is caught as you type it, not four answers later
How it works βCard payments confirm themselves
A card payment starts the subscription with no action from you
How it works βForged Stripe callbacks refused
A callback with a bad or stale signature is refused
How it works βApprove a manual transfer
Approving a USDT or PayPal transfer starts access and sends the invite
How it works βOne single-use invite per chat
A personal invite per chat, good once, expiring in a day
How it works βA failing chat does not block the rest
One chat refusing does not stop the other invites
How it works βRe-issuing replaces, never duplicates
Re-issuing an invite replaces it rather than adding another
How it works βRemoval when a subscription lapses
Expiry removes the member from every chat that plan unlocked
How it works βRenewal reminders
A nudge three days out and again the day before, in their language
How it works βA new channel never widens old plans
Adding a channel later never widens a plan already bought
How it works βRedeem codes with a monthly allowance
Redeem codes, capped by your package's monthly allowance
How it works βSign in with Telegram, no password
Sign in with Telegram; there is no password anywhere
How it works βOverview with real figures
Subscribers, revenue, active and expired, plus a six-month chart
How it works βDeclare an invoice paid
"I have paid" moves it to awaiting confirmation, never to paid
How it works βBranding and social settings
Bot name, support contact, welcome message and social links
How it works βA suspension takes effect at once
A suspension applies on the next click, not at session end
How it works βRates snapshotted when charged
Changing a rate later does not rewrite what you were charged
How it works βSuspension spares your subscribers
A suspension does not remove your members from your channels
How it works βPaying reinstates automatically
Confirmed payment reinstates the bot if nothing else is owed
How it works βEnforcement can be switched off
Automatic enforcement can be turned off from the owner dashboard
How it works βOwnership proved through your own bot
A code you send to your own bot proves it is yours
How it works βBot token encrypted, never echoed
The token is encrypted and never appears in a page, log or link
How it works βWebhooks authenticated per tenant
Each bot has its own secret, checked before any work
How it works βTenant data separated in the schema
Separation is enforced by the database, not by habit
How it works βThe two dashboards never mix
A tenant session never reaches /admin, and the reverse
How it works βPer-tenant settings with defaults
An untouched setting follows the default; changing the default moves everyone
How it works βHow the two surfaces relate
Your bot and your dashboard are not two products that synchronise. They are two windows onto one set of records. Create a plan in the bot and refresh the website: it is there. Approve a payment on the website and check the bot: it is approved. There is no sync to wait for and no version to be the newer one.
What is deliberately absent
- No deleting plans. Hiding does the same job without breaking the record of what somebody bought.
- No removing your subscribers when you are suspended. That is between you and us, not between you and them.
- No reading a key back. Once saved, a key can be replaced but never displayed.
- No invented numbers. Where there is nothing to compare against, the dashboard says so rather than showing a percentage it made up.
